Starbreeze

In accordance with the articles of association Class A shares shall, upon request of the holder of such shares, be converted into Class B shares. In March 2023, 600,000 Class A shares were converted into Class B shares, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.

As of 31 March 2023, Starbreeze share capital amounts to SEK 14,492,185 distributed among a total of 724,609,266 shares, of which 164,860,793 Class A shares and 559,748,473 Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 2,208,356,403.
