Spotlight Stock Market meddelar idag den 18 augusti 2026 resultatet av den årliga genomgången av Spotlight Value. Efter genomgången kvalificerar sig tio (10) bolag för notering på listan, där fem (5) nya bolag tillkommer och två (2) bolag lämnar listan eftersom de inte längre uppfyller samtliga kriterier. Förändringarna träder i kraft den 1 september 2026.

Efter årets genomgång kvalificerar sig följande bolag för notering på Spotlight Value och adderas därmed till listan: Envirologic AB (ENVI B), Gomero Group AB (GOMERO), Slottsviken Fastighetsaktiebolag (SLOTT B), Tura Group AB (TURA), Wonderful Times Group AB (WTG).

Som ett resultat av den årliga genomgången uppfyller följande bolag inte kriterierna för Spotlight Value och tas därmed bort från listan: Aquaticus Real Estate AB (AQUAT), Transferator AB ser. A och B (TRAN A, TRAN B).

Spotlight Value kommer efter uppdateringen som träder i kraft den 1 september 2026 att utgöras av följande bolag: Envirologic AB (ENVI B), Invoicery Group AB (FRILAN), Gomero Group AB (GOMERO), Gosol Energy Group AB (GOSOL), HomeMaid AB (HOME B), Logistri Fastighets AB ser. A och B (LOGIST A, LOGIST B), Slottsviken Fastighetsaktiebolag (SLOTT B), Tura Group AB (TURA), Veteranpoolen AB (VPAB B), Wonderful Times Group AB (WTG).

För att vara listad på Spotlight Value ska bolagen ha visat vinst på sista raden de senaste tre räkenskapsåren, haft positiv sammansatt årlig tillväxt i nettoomsättning de senaste tre räkenskapsåren och ha gett utdelning till sina aktieägare två av de senaste tre räkenskapsåren.

Spotlight Value is updated following the annual review

Spotlight Stock Market today, August 18, 2026, announces the results of the annual review of Spotlight Value. Following the review, ten (10) companies qualify for Spotlight Value, with five (5) companies being added to the list and two (2) being removed from the list as they no longer meet all the applicable criteria for being listed on Spotlight Value. The changes will take effect on September 1, 2026.

After this year’s review, the following companies qualify for listing on Spotlight Value and are therefore added to the list: Envirologic AB (ENVI B), Gomero Group AB (GOMERO), Slottsviken Fastighetsaktiebolag (SLOTT B), Tura Group AB (TURA), Wonderful Times Group AB (WTG).

As a result of the annual review, the following companies no longer meet the criteria for Spotlight Value and will therefore be removed from the list: Aquaticus Real Estate AB (AQUAT), Transferator AB ser. A and B (TRAN A, TRAN B).

After the update, which will take effect on September 1, 2026, Spotlight Value will consist of the following companies: Envirologic AB (ENVI B), Invoicery Group AB (FRILAN), Gomero Group AB (GOMERO), Gosol Energy Group AB (GOSOL), HomeMaid AB (HOME B), Logistri Fastighets AB ser. To be listed on Spotlight Value, companies must have reported positive net earnings in each of the last three financial years, achieved positive compounded annual growth in net sales over the last three financial years, and distributed dividends to shareholders in two of the last three financial years.
