Spotlight Stock Market har beslutat att SensoDetect AB:s (”SensoDetect” eller ”Bolaget”) aktie (SDET) ska avnoteras från Spotlight Stock Market.
Avnoteringen grundar sig på att Bolaget inte uppfyller de allmänna bestämmelserna enligt Spotlights Regelverk punkt 1.2 iv. Skälet till detta är att Bolaget inte har fullgjort sina förpliktelser att betala noteringsavgiften till Spotlight Stock Market. Spotlight Stock Market har därför beslutat i enlighet med Spotlights Regelverk punkt 6.4 v. att Bolaget ska avnoteras.
Under tiden till avnoteringen kommer Bolagets aktie fortsatt handlas på Spotlights observationslista.
Sista dag för handel i SensoDetect AB:s aktie är den 12 juni 2026.
SensoDetect AB will be delisted from Spotlight Stock Market
Spotlight Stock Market has decided to delist SensoDetect AB’s (“SensoDetect” or the “Company”) share (SDET) from Spotlight Stock Market.
The delisting is based on the fact that the Company does not meet the general requirements according to Spotlights Regulations section 1.2 iv. The reason for this is that the Company has not fulfilled its obligations to pay the listing fee to Spotlight Stock Market. Spotlight Stock Market has therefore decided, in accordance with Spotlight Regulations section 6.4 v, that the Company shall be delisted.
The Company’s share will continue to be traded on Spotlight’s observation list until the delisting.
Last day of trading in SensoDetect AB’s share will be June 12, 2026.
