Phase Holographic Imaging PHI AB (”Bolaget”) har ingett en egen ansökan om konkurs hos Lunds tingsrätt vilket har godkänts. Bolaget har den 13 januari 2026 meddelat genom pressmeddelandet ”Update on Bankruptcy Proceedings”. Med anledning av det har Spotlight Stock Market beslutat att avnotera Phase Holographic Imaging PHI AB:s aktie (PHI) efter marknadens stängning idag den 13 januari, 2026. 

Phase Holographic Imaging PHI AB:s aktie är handelsstoppad sedan den 12 januari, 2026. Handeln kommer inte återupptas. 

Phase Holographic Imaging PHI AB is delisted from Spotlight Stock Market

Phase Holographic Imaging PHI AB has filed for bankruptcy at The Lund District Court which has been approved, please see the press release dated January 13, 2026, ”Update on Bankruptcy Proceedings”. Due to this, Spotlight Stock Market has decided to delist Phase Holographic Imaging PHI AB´s share (PHI) today January 13, 2026, after the market close.  

The trading in Phase Holographic Imaging PHI  AB´s share has been halted since January 12, 2026. The trading will not be resumed.
