Binance har meddelat att OM-token byter ticker till MANTRA. I samband med detta kommer samtliga OM-tokens att konverteras till MANTRA i förhållandet 1 OM = 4 MANTRA genom en icke-utspädande split. Detta innebär att antalet tokens fyrdubblas samtidigt som priset per token justeras proportionellt nedåt. För certifikaten kommer ingen prisjustering eller split att genomföras. Istället justeras multipeln från 1 till 4. Det innebär att varje certifikat därefter motsvarar fyra gånger så många underliggande tokens som tidigare. 

Eftersom multipeln ökas i samma proportion som token-spliten (1:4) neutraliseras effekten av konverteringen. Certifikatens pris påverkas därför inte av namnbytet eller spliten. Innehavare behåller samma antal certifikat som tidigare och ingen åtgärd krävs från innehavarens sida. 

Valour MANTRA (OM) kommer i samband med detta byta namn till Valour MANTRA (MANTRA). Handeln i instrumentet stoppas den 2–3 mars och återupptas den 4 mars när migreringen är genomförd. För mer information, se Valours marknadsmeddelande daterat 2026-02-24. 

Skälet till handelsstoppet är:  
vii. om Marknadsplatsen på grund av tekniska skäl eller andra omständigheter bedömer att handelsstopp är nödvändigt. 

Trading halt in VALOUR MANTRA (OM) SEK   

Binance has announced that the OM token will change its ticker to MANTRA. All OM tokens will be converted into MANTRA at a ratio of 1 OM = 4 MANTRA through a non-dilutive split. This means that the number of tokens will quadruple while the price per token is adjusted proportionally downward. No price adjustment or split will be carried out for the certificates. Instead, the multiplier will be adjusted from 1 to 4. This means that each certificate will thereafter represent four times as many underlying tokens as before. 

Since the multiplier is increased in the same proportion as the 1:4 token split, the effect of the conversion is neutralized. Consequently, the certificate price will not be affected by the ticker change or the split. Holders will retain the same number of certificates, and no action is required on their part. 

Valour MANTRA (OM) will, in connection with this, change its name to Valour MANTRA (MANTRA). Trading in the instrument will be temporarily halted on March 2–3 and will resume on March 4 once the migration has been completed. The reason for the trading halt is:  
 vii. if the Marketplace deems it necessary to halt trading due to technical reasons or other circumstances.
