Spotlight Stock Market has decided to halt trading in Tessin Nordic Holding AB’s shares today, Oktober 9, 2026. Trading in the shares will remain suspended until further notice.  

The reason for the trading halt is as follows:  

• i. if the Company’s Shares do not meet the requirements to be traded on the 
  Marketplace;
