Skälet till handelsstoppet är:

Spotlight Stock Market has decided to halt trading in Beowulf Mining PLC’s depositary receipt today, October 12, 2026. Trading in the depositary receipt will remain suspended until further notice.  

The reason for the trading halt is as follows:  

• vii. if the Marketplace deems it necessary to halt trading due to technical reasons or other circumstances.
