Spotlight Stock Market (”Spotlight”) har beslutat att handelstoppa Hubso Group AB:s aktie, (HUBSO) idag den 31 oktober 2025. Aktien kommer att vara handelsstoppad tills vidare information offentliggörs från Bolaget. 
Skälet till handelsstoppet är:  

• Bolaget avser att offentliggöra information som är ägnad att påverka värderingen av bolagets finansiella instrument och Spotlight bedömer att marknaden behöver viss tid för att tillgodogöra sig informationen.  

Trading halt in Hubso Group AB's share
Spotlight Stock Market (”Spotlight”) has decided to halt the trading in the share of Hubso Group AB (HUBSO) today October 31, 2025. The trading in the share will be halted until further information will be published from the Company.  
The reason for the trading halt is: 

• The Company intends to publicly disclose information that is likely to affect the valuation of the shares and Spotlight assesses that the market needs a certain amount of time to assimilate the information.
