Spotlight Stock Market har beslutat att Condo Nordic Holding AB:s (”Bolaget”) aktie (CONDO) ska avnoteras från Spotlight Stock Market.  

Avnotering grundar sig på att Bolaget inte uppfyller noteringskraven och inte har kunnat åtgärda de aktuella problemen och, enligt Marknadsplatsens bedömning, inte bedöms kunna uppfylla noteringskraven inom rimlig tid.  

Spotlight Stock Market har därför beslutat i enlighet med Spotlights Regelverk 6.4.iv. att Bolaget skall avnoteras. 

Condo Nordic Holding AB:s aktie är handelsstoppad sedan den 21 augusti, 2025. Handeln kommer inte återupptas.  

Condo Nordic Holding AB is delisted from Spotlight Stock Market  

Spotlight Stock Market has decided to delist Condo Nordic Holding AB (”Company”) share (CONDO). 

Delisting is based on the Company not meeting the listing requirements and not being able to remedy the current problems and, in the opinion of the Marketplace, not being able to meet the listing requirements within a reasonable time.  
 
Spotlight Stock Market has therefore, in accordance with Spotlight's Rules 6.4.iv, decided that the Company shall be delisted. 

The trading in Condo Nordic Holding AB´s share has been halted since August 21, 2025. The trading will not be resumed.
