Sotkamo Silver will publish its financial reports in 2025 as follows:

• Interim Report for October – December 2024: 14 February 2025
• Financial Statements and the Board of Directors' Report for the Year 2024: Week commencing 31 March 2025
• Interim Report for January - March 2025: 29 April 2025
• Interim Report for April - June 2025: 31 July 2025
• Interim Report for July - September 2025: 23 October 2025

The Financial Statements Review and Interim Reports will be published at around 09.00 a.m. EET (08.00 CET).

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on 24 April 2025. Sotkamo Silver's Board of Directors will summon the AGM with a separate stock exchange release.

Sotkamo Silver is a mining and ore prospecting company that develops and utilises mineral deposits in the Kainuu region in Finland. Sotkamo Silver supports the global development towards green transition technologies and produces the metals needed responsibly and by taking local stakeholders into account.  Sotkamo Silver's main project is a silver mine located in Sotkamo, Finland. In addition to silver, the mine produces gold, zinc, and lead.
