• SinterCast Annual Report 2024 published
• Annual General Meeting 2025 to be held on 20 May 2025

[Stockholm, 21 March 2025] – The Annual Report for 2024 – in English and Swedish versions – has been approved by the Board of Directors of SinterCast. The Annual Report 2024 has been published and is available at www.sintercast.com in PDF-format and XHTML-format (Swedish only). The Annual Report 2024 is published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The format of the report is Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML). In line with the ESEF requirements, the Annual Report 2024 has been labelled with XBRL tags. The report includes the CEO Message, the Director’s Report, the Corporate Governance Report, and the Financial Statements.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 of SinterCast AB (publ) will be held at 15:00 CET on Tuesday 20 May 2025 at the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA), Grev Turegatan 16, Stockholm.
