SIMRIS GROUP BROUGHT FORWARD INTERIM REPORT FOR QUARTER 2

Simris Group hereby announces that the publication of the company's interim report for the second quarter of 2023, the period 1 January - 30 June 2023, will be brought forward to 24 July 2023 instead of 9 August 2023, which was previously stated in the Company's financial calendar.

The reason for bringing forward the interim report is to make the information available during the subscription period for the company's upcoming Rights Issue.
