The fully guaranteed rights issue (“Rights Issue”) and the directed issue ("Directed Issue") in Simris Group AB (publ) (“Simris Group” or the “Company”) have today been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket) and paid subscribed shares (BTA) will be replaced by ordinary shares. The last day for trading with BTA is on 14 September 2023 and the new shares will be transferred to the respective custodian account/VP account between 18-20 September 2023.

Through the fully guaranteed Rights Issue, which ended on 16th August 2023 and the Directed Issue, Simris Group received approximately SEK 41,0m before issuance costs which for the full capital raising amounted to approximately SEK 6,0m of which SEK 4,4m has been paid in equity (i.e., not cash).

After registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, Simris Groups share capital amounts to approximately SEK 28,847,001.67 and the number of shares is 332,050,556.
