Seamless Distribution Systems

In the notice of the Annual General Meeting published on 10 October 2025, the dates for the record date in the share register and the last date for notification of participation have been incorrectly stated in reverse order.

The correct dates are as follows:

• The record date for being entered in the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB is 23 October 2025 (replacing the incorrect date of 27 October 2025).
• The last day for shareholders to give notice of their intention to participate in the Annual General Meeting is 27 October 2025 (replacing the incorrect date of 23 October 2025).

The correct requirement for participation is therefore that shareholders must be registered in the share register no later than 23 October 2025 and must notify their intention to participate no later than 27 October 2025.

Other terms and conditions and information in the notice, including the date of the Annual General Meeting itself, remain unchanged.
