Information on change in equity.
Calculated number of shares considering the future dilution from existing warrant programs.
Information on existing warrant program/incentive program for employees.

Scandinavian Real Heart is active in medical technology. The company conducts research and development in observations of the physiology of the heart. The development of the company's product, a complete artificial heart (TAH), takes place in collaboration with cardiac surgeons, researchers and engineers.
