Scandinavian Enviro System’s Nomination Committee proposes Ewa Björling as new Chairman of Enviro’s Board of Directors

The Nomination Committee of Scandinavian Enviro Systems (“Enviro”) has proposed Ewa Björling as new member and Chairman of the Board of directors of Enviro. Ewa Björling is currently serving as a member of the board of directors of several companies, including Essity and Nynäs.



"Ewa Björling brings a wealth of board experience and expertise in different fields to Enviro, and we are confident that she will lead the company through its next phase of growth and innovation", says Fabien Gaboriaud, chairman of the Nomination Committee.

The full proposal from the nomination committee will be anounced in the regular notice of the General Assembly at May 9.
