The number of shares and votes in Scandic Hotels Group AB (publ) ("Scandic") has changed in July 2024 as a result of conversion of 4,925 of convertible bonds issued in 2021 to 11,357,844 of shares in Scandic.
The total number of shares in Scandic has in August 2024 increased by 11,357,844 shares, corresponding to 11,357,844 votes. Today, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares and votes in Scandic amounted to 218,535,262.
