During February, the registered number of shares and votes in Saniona AB (“Saniona”) has increased due to the rights issue of units resolved by the board of directors on 14 December 2023 and approved by the extraordinary general meeting on 16 January 2024, as well as the directed issue of units to underwriters in the rights issue resolved by the board of directors on 15 February 2024, based on the authorization granted by the extraordinary general meeting on 16 January 2024. As of 29 February 2024, the registered number of shares and votes in Saniona amounts to 111,238,252.
