During the month of October, the registered number of shares and votes in Saniona AB (“Saniona”) has increased due to conversion of the outstanding convertibles issued by Saniona to Fenja Capital II A/S on 15 February 2024. As of 31 October 2024, the registered number of shares and votes in Saniona amounts to 111,885,501.
