Change in number of shares and votes in Saniona AB

During April, the registered number of shares and votes in Saniona AB (“Saniona”) has increased due to the exercise of warrants series TO 4 issued in the rights issue of units resolved by the board of directors on 14 December 2023 and approved by the extraordinary general meeting on 16 January 2024, as well as the directed issue of shares to those who had entered into top-down guarantee commitments to secure the last part of the subscription of the exercise of warrants series TO 4. As of 30 April 2025, the registered number of shares and votes in Saniona amounts to 136,088,387.
