Pursuant to the articles of association of Projektengagemang, a holder of a class A share is entitled to request that the share is converted into a class B share. In December 2023, 900 class A shares have been converted into 900 class B shares, at the request of shareholders.
After the conversion, as of December 22 2023, the total number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang amounted to 24 555 677 and 72 135 293, respectively. 5 286 624 of these shares are class A shares, representing 52 866 240 votes, and 19 269 053 are class B shares, representing 19 269 053 votes.
