Change in the number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) following conversion
Pursuant to the articles of association of Projektengagemang, a holder of a class A share is entitled to request that the share is converted into a class B share. In November 2024, 900 class A shares have been converted into 900 class B shares, at the request of shareholders.
After the conversion, as of November 25 2024, the total number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang amounted to 24 555 677 and 71 608 793, respectively. 5 228 124 of these shares are class A shares, representing 52 281 240 votes, and 19 327 553 are class B shares, representing 19 327 553 votes.
