Change in the number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) following conversion
Pursuant to the articles of association of Projektengagemang, a holder of a class A share is entitled to request that the share is converted into a class B share. In June 2024, 57 600 class A shares have been converted into 57 600 class B shares, at the request of shareholders.
After the conversion, as of June 28 2024, the total number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang amounted to 24 555 677 and 71 616 893, respectively. 5 229 024 of these shares are class A shares, representing 52 290 240 votes, and 19 326 653 are class B shares, representing 19 326 653 votes.
