Change in the number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) following conversion
Pursuant to the articles of association of Projektengagemang, a holder of a class A share is entitled to request that the share is converted into a class B share. In April 2025, 900 class A shares have been converted into 900 class B shares, at the request of shareholders.
After the conversion, as of 30 April, 2025, the total number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang amounted to 24 555 677 and 71 560 193, respectively. 5 222 724 of these shares are class A shares, representing 52 227 240 votes, and 19 332 953 are class B shares, representing 19 332 953 votes.
