Change in the number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) following conversion
Pursuant to the articles of association of Projektengagemang, a holder of a class A share is entitled to request that the share is converted into a class B share. In March 2025, 4 500 class A shares have been converted into 4 500 class B shares, at the request of shareholders.
After the conversion, as of 17 March, 2025, the total number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang amounted to 24 555 677 and 71 568 293, respectively. 5 223 624 of these shares are class A shares, representing 52 236 240 votes, and 19 332 053 are class B shares, representing 19 332 053 votes.
