Pursuant to the articles of association of Projektengagemang, a holder of a class A share is entitled to request that the share is converted into a class B share. In June 2023, 9000 class A shares have been converted into 9000 class B shares, at the request of shareholders.
After the conversion, as of June 29 2023, the total number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) amounted to 24 555 677 and 72 143 393, respectively. 5 287 524 of these shares are class A shares, representing 52 875 240 votes, and 19 268 153 are class B shares, representing 19 268 153 votes.
