ProfilGruppen will appoint new Chairman of the Board

The Chairman of the Board of ProfilGruppen AB, Mats Johansson, has requested resignation from the Board. A new Chairman will therefore, in accordance with the decision of the General Meeting, be appointed within the Board.

Mats Johansson states as reason for his resignation that he finds it impossible to complete his mission since he has been requested to resign by the company's main owner and Board Member Bengt Stillström.
