ProfilGruppen AB: New auditor proposed to the AGM

The Nomination Committee of ProfilGruppen AB proposes to the 2025 Annual General Meeting to elect the auditing firm Grant Thornton Sweden AB as auditors for the period until the end of the 2026 Annual General Meeting, whereby they have announced that the authorized public accountant Joakim Söderin is intended to be appointed as the principal auditor. This proposal replaces the previously announced proposal.
