All acquisitions were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm on behalf of Paradox by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) which makes its trading decisions concerning the timing of the purchases of shares independently of Paradox. Following the above acquisitions, Paradox’s holding of own shares amounted to 1,369,425 as of 8 October 2026. The total number of shares in Paradox is 105,623,025.
Since 10 August 2026 up to and including 8 October 2026, a total of 1,369,425 shares have been acquired within the scope of the program. The share buyback program of SEK 200 million, which Paradox announced on 5 August 2026 (as amended in accordance with a press release on 31 August 2026), has now been completed and terminated.
