Today, the board of OXE Marine AB (publ) has resolved to draw up a control balance sheet (Sw. kontrollbalansräkning).

The board of OXE Marine AB (publ) has resolved to draw up and have the auditor review a control balance sheet. Immediately after the control balance sheet has been drawn up and reviewed by the company's auditor, the board will publish the outcome and, where appropriate, call an extraordinary general meeting in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act. The board is actively engaged to increase the available equity in the parent company.
