OptiCept Technologies - Positive results for industrial evaluation regarding oatCEPT

A pilot test for industrial CEPT treatment of oat milk has now been carried out with a positive result. As previously communicated, the treatment chamber needed to be optimized and then qualified with the help of pilot tests on an industrial scale. These tests have now been confirmed and carried out with very positive results.

oatCEPT provides improved foaming ability, emulsion stability, and reduced need for added enzymes in oat milk. The next step will be to analyze the industrially produced product to confirm oatCEPT's positive impact. Answers are expected during the summer. Once the positive outcome has been confirmed, oatCEPT will be launched commercially.
