OptiCept signs agreement for oliveCEPT® in Italy

OptiCept Technologies signs agreement with Olearia Chiera in Italy for oliveCEPT®. Delivery is planned to take place at the end of October 2022 with production starting next season. The customer will rent a machine during the 2022-2023 harvest season, for which they pay €11,000.

After the end of the lease period, Olearia Chiera has the option to buy the machine for €120,000 or enter a long-term lease of oliveCEPT®.

Olearia Chiera is a family business founded back in 1906 with its base in Puglia in southern Italy. A producer with a focus on high-quality olive oil that also grows and produces wine, almonds, olives, and other crops.
