For the purpose of the admission to trading of the notes on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm, Nordnet has prepared a listing prospectus which was approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) today. The prospectus is available at Nordnet's website, www.nordnetab.com and at the website of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, www.fi.se. The application for admission to trading has been submitted and the first day of trading is expected to fall on or about 27 March 2023.
