The number of shares and votes in Nordnet AB (publ) increased during September 2025 as a result of (i) Nordnet repurchased of a total of 42,996 warrants issued under the company's warrant program 2022/2025 against payment in the form of 16,503 newly issued ordinary shares, and (ii) warrants under the warrant program 2022/2025 were exercised for subscription of a total of 8,619 ordinary shares.
As of today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 252,340,783 shares in the company, divided into 250,206,518 ordinary shares and 2,134,265 Class C shares, and the number of votes as of the same date amounts to 250,419,944.5. The company's ordinary shares, but not the Class C shares, are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm.
