As previously announced, Nordnet repurchased in May 2026 a total of 273,908 warrants issued under the company's warrant program 2023/2026 against payment in the form of 100,289 newly issued ordinary shares. Furthermore, in May 2026, Nordnet has reduced the share capital by approximately SEK 9,259.17 through redemption of 1,833,374 own ordinary shares. The total number of shares in Nordnet has thus decreased by 1,733,085 and the total number of votes has decreased by 1,733,085.
Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 249,106,621 shares in the company, divided into 248,473,433 ordinary shares and 633,188 class C shares, and as of the same date the number of votes amounts to 248,536,751.8. The company's ordinary shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
