NCAB Group closes acquisition of Bare Board Consultants in Italy

In November 2022 NCAB Group published that an agreement was reached to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in Bare Board Consultants Srl based in Codogno south of Milano in Italy. The transaction has today been completed.

Bare Board Consultants is expected to reach net sales of approximately SEK 90 million in 2022 with an estimated EBITA of just above SEK 9 million. The purchase price is 5,6 million EURO.

The acquisition of Bare Board Consultants will be accretive to earnings per share in NCAB Group in 2023. Synergies are expected in the following areas: suppliers, payment terms and factory management, as well as in logistics.
