Momentum Group publishes Annual and Sustainability Report for 2025

Momentum Group has today published its Annual and Sustainability Report for 2025. The report is available on the Group’s website.

President and CEO Ulf Lilius comments in the CEO statement:

“Momentum Group demonstrated stability in 2025 despite a cautious industrial market and an uncertain environment. Revenue and earnings increased, cash flow was strong and we completed six acquisitions that further strengthen the Group’s position. At the same time, we achieved our target of doubling EBITA already four years after our listing in 2022. With a clear strategy, strong entrepreneurs in our companies and a business model that combines the development of existing businesses with acquisitions, Momentum Group is well positioned for the next step in its growth journey.”

The Annual and Sustainability Report for 2025 is available for download in English and Swedish at Momentum Group’s website momentum.group. The Swedish version is also available in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF).
