The increase in the number of shares and votes results from an issue of 832,213 class C shares. The newly issued class C shares have been repurchased and, by virtue of the conversion clause in the articles of association, converted to common shares. As per June 30^th, 2025, the company holds 1,711,440 common shares. The shares are intended to ensure fulfilment of commitments under the incentive program.
