Moberg Pharma’s Nomination Committee ahead of the Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year January – December 2026 comprises:

• Pedro Noronha, appointed by Noster Capital
• Eddie Jalmestam, appointed by Richard Ding
• Lars Johansson, Chairman of the Board

Together, the Nomination Committee represents 10,7 percent of the shares in Moberg Pharma as of September 30^th, 2025.

The Nomination Committee shall submit proposals for the fiscal year January – December 2026 by the Annual General Meeting pertaining to the election of Chairman of the Board, fees and composition of the Board, auditors’ fees and the election of auditors.

The Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year January – December 2026 will be held on May 20^th, 2027.
