Change in number of shares and votes in Mips

During October 2023 the number of shares and votes in Mips AB (”Mips”) has changed due to the exercise of warrants within the company's incentive program warrant plan 2020/2023 which was adopted by the annual general meeting on 7 May 2020. This has resulted in 27,295 new shares and votes in the company.

As of 31 October 2023 there is thus in total 26,493,273 shares, and the same amount of votes, in Mips.
