Change in number of shares and votes in Mips

During September 2023 the number of shares and votes in Mips AB (”Mips”) has changed due to the exercise of warrants within the company's incentive program warrant plan 2020/2023 which was adopted by the annual general meeting on 7 May 2020. This has resulted in 239,098 new shares and votes in the company.

As of 29 September 2023 there is thus in total 26,465,978 shares, and the same amount of votes, in Mips.
