M.O.B.A. Network issues senior secured bonds
M.O.B.A. Network AB (publ) (the "Company") announces today that it has successfully placed senior secured bonds in an amount of EUR 25 million under a framework of EUR 60 million with a tenor of 3 years (the "Bonds" or the "Bond Issue"). The Bonds will carry floating rate interest of EURIBOR 3m plus 10,00 per cent. per annum and were issued at par. The issue date for the Bonds is expected to be 26 May 2023. The Company intends to apply for admission of the Bonds to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. Nordea Bank Abp acted as Sole Bookrunner in connection with the Bond Issue.
The net proceeds from the Bond Issue will, as announced by the Company on 5 May 2023 be applied towards the acquisition of the shares in Wargraphs S.A.S.
