Lea Bank AB has today successfully issued a new Tier 2 bond of NOK 70 million. The coupon is 3 month Nibor +5,50 percentage points p.a.
Settlement date is 17 June 2025.
The Tier 2 bond issue has a first-time call option for the issuer on 17 September 2030. The bond will be applied for listing on Nordic ABM.
