Lea Bank

Lea Bank AB has today successfully issued a new perpetual Additional Tier 1 bond of NOK 80 million and NOK 120 million in a new Tier 2 bond.

The coupon of the Additional Tier 1 bond is 3 month NIBOR +4,50 percentage points p.a., and the coupon for the Tier 2 bond is 3 month NIBOR +4,00 percentage points p.a.

Settlement date is 17 September 2026.

The Additional Tier 1 bond and Tier 2 bond has a first-time call option for the issuer on 17th December 2031, subject to approval by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Sweden. The bonds will be applied for listing on Nordic ABM.
