Lagercrantz completes the acquisition of Supply Plus
Supply Plus designs, manufactures and supplies fire rescue and fuel delivery equipment. The main product areas are fire ladders and hose reels. The products are delivered to fire and rescue, police and military services as well as OEM partners worldwide. United Kingdom is the largest market with approximately 60% of the sales, the remaining is exported to more than 40 countries. Supply Plus will be part of the International Division as of June 2023. The acquisition was previously announced 26 April, 2023, and has now received regulatory approval. The acquisition is expected to generate a small positive contribution to Lagercrantz Group's earnings per share on an annual basis.
