Lagercrantz completes the acquisition of Mastsystem
Mastsystem is a market leader with proprietary products in advanced and mobile telescopic field masts, made in composite material. The company’s head quarter is in Joensuu, Finland and was founded 1996. For more information, please visit https://www.mastsystem.com/.
Mastsystem has an annual revenue of approximately MEUR 15 with good profitability.
The acquisition was previously announced 13 September 2024 and has now received regulatory approvals. Mastsystem will be part of Division Electrify as of December 2024. The acquisition is expected to generate a small positive contribution to Lagercrantz Group’s earnings per share.
