Suomen Diesel Voima has comprehensive experience in design, engineering, manufacturing, and service of reliable generator sets and fire sprinkler pump solutions. Generator sets are used to ensure the functionality of critical systems in the event of a power failure or at sites where access to the electric grid is impossible, and fire sprinkler pumps are used in extinguishing systems to ensures the availability of water in case of fire.

SDV will be part of the TecSec Division as of December 2023. The acquisition is expected to generate a small positive effect on Lagercrantz Group’s earnings per share on an annual basis.
