Lagercrantz acquires Orax
Orax is a Swedish technology company in Vårgårda, that develops, manufactures, and sells products for handling, transport, and storage of coffins, grave safety, as well as maintenance and decorations of cemeteries. Orax will become part of Lagercrantz’s Control division as of June 2025. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on the Group’s earnings per share.
