MT is based in Søndersø on Funen, Denmark, and develops and manufactures products such as manhole covers, locking devices, safety grates, and ventilation solutions, primarily for freshwater distribution networks where municipal utility companies constitute an important customer group. MT is an add-on acquisition to Wapro AB and will be part of the Niche Products division from April 2025. The acquisition is expected to contribute marginally and positively to the Group’s earnings per share on an annual basis.
