Vaktmesterkompaniet invests in Klimator Dynamic Dosage for Epoke spreaders – optimizing winter maintenance in Oslo

Vaktmesterkompaniet is automizing and optimizing winter maintenance in Norway’s busiest traffic area by investing in Klimator’s advanced solution for Dynamic Dosage integrated with their Epoke spreaders. This solution enables more precise and data-driven salt spreading in Oslo, improving road safety, reducing environmental impact, and optimizing resource usage.

The investment includes Klimator IoT Stations, Road Status Information (RSI), Floating car data supplied by Zeekit and the integration of precise segment treatment need to Epoke saltspreaders. By combining these technologies, Vaktmesterkompaniet gains real-time data and predictive insights into road conditions, ensuring that the right amount of salt is spread at the right time and place.

Klimator's solution is based on advanced AI and machine learning, where real-time data is analyzed to create detailed and dynamic actions. The integration with Epoke ensures seamless communication between the systems, providing optimal and efficient salt distribution.

The new solution will be implemented during February and March 2025 and will be used on Oslo’s most heavily trafficked roads going forward.
